    now i remember....

day before my engine was broken,I was driving and kick them to full ,my blow off has yumped out from intake pipe.

    i was surprised ,what happend?
then I put a metal ring on blow off.

day after i was driving and engine sudnely broked in a second.

now i will fix't the engine but i have to know what's heppend?

do you guys maybe know whwre is the problem?

so you blocked the bov off or made it stiffer?
Probably the longet S2 project in history EVER!

boost was maybe 0.7 bar .
i have this blow off before, and everything was ok.

no i put the metal ring (metal seal) on it , that the BOV can't jump out.

Ok i get it, well it seems to me that you were getting a big boost spike and maby some pre-det to do that much damage, be it through failure of something electronic or machanical its hard to say without checking each individual component.

What are the extent of the modifications?

car have only biger turbo kkk 26-1470.
intake manifold and ventil cover was onley setup for AAN ecu,but it's never realised.

and one of problem before was that i can't to get a maximum stock boost 0.9bar in my case maximum was 0.5 bar.then I put a extra vacum pipe from intake manifold to wasegate(like MC motor 10v turbo).
when i put this pipe to wasegate then I can get 0.9bar (stock).

So you put a pipe from the inlet manifold to the top of the wastgate . Well there is your problem, if you do that without any kind of control valve then the wastegate will not open !! This combined with a bigger turbo would have give you enough boost to bend the rods, probably by detonation rather than high torque .
It seems likely that you had a N75 ( wastegate control valve) problem that was causing your lack of boost.

Right im really not suprised this has happened, dont take this the wrong way tho.

K24 is your standard turbo that ran at 0.9 bar which is ok, then you bolt a bigger turbo on to the same engine without ecu re-map which, then you have bodged the engine (or tricked) to create same pressure which has caused you huge problems.

                      1. Bigger hot side = less pressure for same flow in most cases. (Increases your VE)
In simple terms think about it if you have a gardening hose pipe turned on 1/2 way and cover 1/2 the end with your thumb the water will be under a little pressure. If you take your thumb off same amount of water will come out but under less pressure, what you have donne is turned the tap on full basicly to get the pressure the same. (thats my simple way of explaining it).

2.More air in to the engine with same amount of fuel = lean running which causes over heating in the cylinders when the fuel is burnt and more inportant, pre detination.

                      3. Wastegate control has been reduced greatly.

Thats the way i see it any way.
                      Regards
