    turbo kkk26/kkk24

    hi

I have one question about this two turbos.

    i have a kkk26 and kkk24 turbo at home.

is it posible to put the hot side of kkk24 to kkk26.

i was looking and i think it is posible...

did someone do something like that?

is that "hibrid" better then kkk26?

    thanks...

I had looked into doing this to but the problem was the rod that goes through the turbo on both of these are different ..so issues with seals ,bearings

Are you sure, that turbo on the right is not K24 7200 (RS2)? It looks exactly like one. Where you have got it?

Also never heard about k26 14-70. Very strange name for a turbo.

I think you need to read this: (Look for the section on K24/K26 hybrid vs RS2):

Isn't the turbo in a Nothelle N300 a hybrid of them two turbos? I recall reading it somewhere when trying to find info on my Nothelle Avant. Someone with more knowledge should know for sure, but pretty sure I've seen it written down and it helps make the N300 a more usable car than an RS2.
