7A are easier to find. Both cams types will be able to give you the HP, but everything depends on the rest of your setup. Even 3B/AAN/ABY cams are fine. If you are after HP and don't care about spool-up time of the turbo take 7A.

you will hit that target fine with standard aby cams. id leave the 7a's alone unless you have a turbo that like the top of the rpm scale.

Yes. Using both 7A cams gives you a delay of about 500-600 RPM, but give slightly higher HP top-end

Gutless low down torque, ask 4wheeldrifter, Newsh

Good for larger turbo's and top end however.

To use 7A cams you need an adjustable cam pulley and adjustable sprocket to time them optimally to get low lag and good top end.

my plan is have full boost on 3000-6500 rpm.

so the point is use ADU cams.

                    thanks guys !!!

and I have one more question....
I need H beam 144 cm for my stock pistons. do you know the place, or person ,or link where I can buy it? i dont need H beam for 1000 hp,600 hp is enough.

                    thanks....

                    igor
