Cars is holding back

Ok, new thread new symptoms.

Was out with the g-tech today and results are :
Full throttle in 2. gear 155 bhp
Half throttle in 2. gear 138bhp
Now question is :
How is this possible?
And car runs fine, good mpg, smooth etc and if i only apply half throttle and up to 0,6bar no problem, but more then that, car feels like it´s holding back A LOT ??

Im open to ANY ideas now

Try cleaning the MAF, See if that helps.

Maf is new, and have just checked it again 5 min ago, nothing.
BUT have changed the DV from a FORGE one to a new TURBOSMART plumb back and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!
Better spoolup and car is deffo NOT holding back anymore
Former owner just put a brand new forge DV in it when we bought the car, and what a pile of ****!
