I was wondering if my DV still works with the crappy Superchip (mechanical boost)?

I think the answer is yes but I just wanted to check.

Your diverter valve does not care how boost is managed.
I'd be more worried with a N75, I have seen far too many start leaking, causing a severe overboost and a melted engine, but that is another discussion.
