Fitted RS2 turbo, IC, Em, greens and a frie by Mr N and all seems nice and rapid.

gets to 100 nice and quick and on to 120 and then is a bit of a slug in comparison ....

is this a fueling issue?

Sounds a bit strange, sure it's not just that it gets to the end of 4th so quickly? Suggest that you check for a boost leak, just a little one can lose you quite a few bhp, I gained nearly 25 after fixing a little leak

A stock S2 does slow down above about 130 but it's still not 'slow'. The extra oomph of the RS2 turbo should see it pulling harder up top tho.

Do some performance testing (0-100 for example) and that'll tell you if it's working right, my Homefries S2 is between 12.5 and 13s 0-100.

Mafsensor m8, mine did the same when mine was dead, or maybe just the plug to the mafsensor

will run a leak test I reckon and see / stop watch in the passenger seat / al to 0 -100.

our MTM S2 will still be pulling like a maniac well beyond that....
