RPM drop

Hi all,
After some ideas on my 3B. If you hold the revs on a constent 1500rpm she drops to a 1000rpm before picking up straight away, this in turn I believe is the cause of my on going hessitation problem, have recently fitted new Lamba, new ISV, most boost pipes renewed and sealed, any body got any clues.

vacuum lines renewed too? What state is the MAF in?

Vacum lines seem ok not to sure about the MAF the gauze does seem to be slightly damaged, took it off today and gave it a good clean, but still has a slight hessitation.

check th throttle body is clean and not gunked up maybe? any stored codes do you know, might be worth pulling them
