Quattro, 20vt S6 is the way to go.
43K is annoying low, if your budget extends that far, keep it as a back up car.
A good S6 should be able to be used as a daily over there, no bother?
Post some photos of the existing ca,r and any S6 you might buy, if you want to.
As well as this forum, there is a US (?) one which covers the s6 20vt in minute detail which will make it easy for you to run, mod and fix an S6.
