my car need about 0,2-0,3l oil for each 1000km. Is it too much

the owners manual says upto 1 litre is acceptable per 1000miles. so doesnt sound bad at all.Greg

that must be for British cars :-)
My baby uses no oil at all between changes (every 3000 miles) I've been a biker all my life, oil NEVER goes past 3000 in my world! what's a can of oil compared to 'problems' nothing.Comment
