Fuel pump good for some 350 chp ?

    Rated at 100l/h @ 6.5 bar

Could it support my 3b RS2 conversion ?

    Thank you,
    Mario

Approx 120l/h at 1.3bar boost (5.3bar fuel pressure) is 350bhp territory

You really need the flow graph for this pump, but if its rated at 100l/h at 6.5bar then you should be OK - is this pump from factory AAN ?
If so then it should hold up fine... Going to RS2 fuel pump gives a bit more headroom... Going to Bosch 044 provides even more.

Not sure. Bought it on ebay as "RS2 pump".

for this number 895906091B -stop to selling in audi servis 31.1.1996,and they gives a other part 985 906 089D

it is not posible to be from aan or adu because they have to selling the parts for minimum 10 years.

this is what I find... number of fuel pumps..
This may not be helpful but the AAN 43 mm diameter fuel pump PN is 8A0 906 091G. This is the PN in ETKA (I am told). However, Pierberg may have another PN. My OE AAN FP was VDO which has 8A0 906 091G etched into it.

I am currently running an 091G equivalent Bosch 43 mm now. Its Bosch PN is 0 580 314 068.

Here is an example AAN fuel pump replacement procedure:

                          http://forums.audiworld.com/showthre...&highlight=091

My AAN is RS2's with MRC software (dyno'd at around 350 chp, 288 whp). I think I could use more fuel pump or bigger fuel lines (getting some pinking at WOT). The next step up is a 60 mm Bosch 005 or 044 but I am concerned about the noise.

Another alternative is to relay your fuel pump to increase voltage, as shown here for a C4 S4:

                          http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?p=18754922

Or if you like to live dangerously, you can try a Walbro 255Lph GSS341 FP/
If you're on a tight budget and need to replace your fuel pump, the Walbro 255 is a $100ish option and can be considered an "upgrade" from stock. The numbers put this pump in between the Bosch 005 and 044 units. However let it be known that many have reported Walbro issues re: lifespan and quality wise. YMMV

A procedure for such a Walbro installation WAS at:

http://www.justfourrings.com/phpBB2/...pic.php?t=1022 (It didn't open for me just now)
