just swapped 5Bar to 4Bar FPR with good result.

Mates,I just stopped by at my friend's home. His UrS6 had hard start issue and
    dropped performance.He has :
    KKK K3T(26/27)
    034's Gt2871 software.I know here's not the dedicated software.He also has
RS2 software.he just borrowed me for a test.
    Walbro 255lph FP.
    3Bar Vmap.
    Customed SS RS2 header.
    3" Free flow DP,Exhaust.
    FMIC.
    1,9Bar WG spring.
We just tried to swap the FPR our guess
was the motor was sinking in the gas.So we were back from 5 to 4Bar FPR.
the result is great as the 5Bar FPR was the culprit for this case.the car
start easy like the new car and the car pulled harder than it used to run with
5Bar FPR.I'm also running with the 5Bar FPR and 044 bosch pump.I'm thinking
to swap she back to 4Bar FPR too.Hope it will cure all the things.I'll let you
    know later mates.

    Cheers,

if 034 software is made with 4bar FPRs or 3.8bar then it is no mystery that you were not getting proper running on the engine, because the maf and lamda cannot compensate for that big of a difference!

unless you had custom made software from 034 which was supposed to be for 5bar fpr

Mates,on my car 034's has been programmed for the 5Bar FPR.But I think It's running pretty rich on my car.
I have a full GT2871R kit sets from 034's.I think the thing differences is my car ia auto tranny.and it used the differences on ECU I have 551 D in N.USA is 551 AA.

        that is interesting then.
i thought that the eproms that the 034 were offering were for the original fprs not 5bar ones

Agreed - I also thought the 034 chipset was for 440ccpm injectors and the 4bar FPR. The improved results going to the 4bar FPR would back that up.

Thanks Paul,You're correct.I'm running the bosch big green injectors(there's Ford logos on the injetors housing) and iirc it's 440ccpm.I'd swap the 4bar FPR back.someone said my 044 pump would max out at 6 bar too.I have seen
some puff of black smoke when I WOT.is this common for a tune car anyway?

Here's the Kits I'm running with.034 advertised to run with 5Bar FPR.I have the 4 Bar FPR in my car already.the car starts much more easier. No need to open any throttles to assist. Hope some gains on performance though,

Makes no sense at all that does to me, 3071 and 440cc at 4 bar is more than enough, cannot see advantages of running at 5 bar for the injectors.

That map is recommended for 91-93 octane fuel. Is that the grade of Super unleaded in the USA?

Dont forget US fuel is rated differently - they do RON as an average of UK 'RON' and the more useful MON numbers... Google it for more info and I think there was threads here in the past.

Ok Mates,in N.USA used [R+M]/2 for the gas octane.I'm living in Thailand which has the E10 Ron95(~93 in N.USA.)

Bo,As I know for many cities in N.USA has 93 octane as based gas.Do you think I'm running lean with 4Bar FPR?

now It fixed hard start issue on my car and friend's.the performance is better than 5 Bar FPR significantly.

I have the Greddy E-01 EBC which fixed the unstable boost.I'll try to have it off and running with N75 again to

see if anything improved on the unstable(fluttering) boost issue.I'm now running only 15PSI on my car.It pulled

                      hard enough for daily driving.

Keeping track of A/F ratio with a WB lambda is always handy. At least you know if you are running too rich or lean. This also can avoid damage to the engine if you know the correct numbers for A/R in certain circumstances like idle and WOT

I also think some wideband readings would be useful, not sure if you maybe have a problem somewhere that is just being hidden by adding things like boost controllers. If your map was made for 5bar fpr but it wasn't running right like that then just swapping to a 4bar one is not a ideal solution.
I would let the ecu and N75 sort the boost and fix it there first before using aftermarket applications as they may force the turbo to work to hard.
Maybe your old N75 was just faulty as they very often are.

Did you say before with the 5bar fpr your car was not starting properly?
