I would let the ecu and N75 sort the boost and fix it there first before using aftermarket applications as they may force the turbo to work to hard.
Maybe your old N75 was just faulty as they very often are.

Did you say before with the 5bar fpr your car was not starting properly?
Bo,Previously I was experiencing kind of fluttering boost when i floor down the

gas.So I went for the EBC to eliminate this.Normally,As my daily driving I set

the EBC at 15PSI.So I never worried about the fail safe issue. As my boost is

pretty low compared to the setup. The hard start issue always do since I have the

GT2871 setup with 5bar FPR,and it cured after put the 4Bar back.last week,

I had Camry kicking my ***,So I kick down(WOT) to pull her up.I noticed some

puff of black smoke off my tails.I don't know if this is a common situation for a

tuned car.So I supposed my car is running pretty rich.I'm so happy to stay with 4Bar

FPR now.the car run much more better with lower boost, cured my hard start issue.

one more thing,I will try to put the N75 back on.Can the very rich condition cause the boost to be fluttered.

never heard of it though but it seemed running 4Bar FPR cured many issues. It's worth to try. It's just easy

to put everythings back in a few minutes.Personally,I'm getting to love the EBC too.very linear on the boost,

good control on spike, limiter is great on functional, can be set everything on base, start, peak, constant of the boost.

I have had fluttering boost too on my S2, and it still does it now even with the tuned RS2 setup and all new vacuum lines etc.

What i experience is boost bouncing from 1.6 to 1.8bar once it starts to really build and then when its past 4000rpm it stays rock steady at 1.8 or 1.9 bar depending on gear.

I have tried 3 or 4 different N75s but nothing has really changed it.

Everything is brand new and there is no leaks anywhere.

I have never tried using any boost controller and was just wanting to say that if there is a problem with the car then theoretically they could course damage by forcing boost past what the ECU sets as safe.

        Good lcuk

Bo,My boost fluttering really really bad it's just like I floor down on the gas but the boost is like 1.8 and
dialled back to 1,6 and 1,8 and 1,6 bar all the times.the car pulled absolutely not steady.it's just like on and off
feeling all the time.I'll put the N75 back when I finished another stuffs.I'll let you know if 4Bar FPR cured this issue.
