    Water Manifold o-rings

What do people use for replacement of these o-rings?
I bought new rings from the dealer a while back, but since I've installed and removed the manifold many times, they are toast.
The material feels like silicone, and silicone would fit the necessary temperature tolerances, but all tech specs say that silicone is not good for water/steam applications...
What have people used to replace these?

Nitrile is good up to 65C... seems awfully close to it's peak threshold. I was concerned that they would melt and cause some nasty problems, not to mention the resultant leaking. Anyone used Nitrile with any success?

I'll have to order and wait for them to arrive, and dealer pricing just makes me wonder if there are any alternatives. I'm not opposed to it, just wondering if there are options.

You need VITON O rings, good for 220 degs C +

I use them with silicone oil running at 180 degs c on an extrusion line, they last forever

Stealer was not as bad as I thought they'd be. $1.39, or ~1 Euro each.
I bought 6. They could not tell me the material, but the size is 15 x 2.5
