RS2 Fuel Rail, Fuel Line routing question

I have an RS2 Fuel rail, mounted to my ABY intake manifold, and it is going in my 7A Quattro Coupe. The problem i'm having is making fuel lines, to make my point I'll show photos, the problem is the feed line is so close to the intake manifold it makes it hard to get any type of fitting on it:

Does this look like everyone else's rail?

and here is a hard to see picture as installed: (ignore pink lines) You can see how it curves and basically goes right at the intake manifold...

What i've worked out looking at my 7A is you need to use the ABY/ADU flexible fuel lines, then move/modify the hard lines on the car to the same position as an ABY/ADU car. i.e. just to the right of the inlet manifold.

I have a person who will make me flexible line, the only problem is getting a fitting on the feed line to the rail, it would require a nearly 90 degree bend on a hardline to clear the Intake manifold, this just doesn't seem correct, I have a feeling that my line is bent? if anyone has a picture of the stock fuel lines or the rail I think that would clear up the confusion.

Fuel lines are in a different position on the 7A. I've attached two pics of the ABY position, i had to remake my fuel lines hence there copper but will give you an idea of the correct routing. In short you need to move the cars hardlines to the right, and then have them both pointing straight down to connect to the flexi lines.

I like your solution, do you have any pictures of the fuel line where it meets the fuel rail?

Well i couldn't find pictures but i'm 99% sure that the line should be straight and not curved into the manifold, so i put a wrench on it and tweaked it enough to clear the manifold... and now i have ordered my fuel lines. This should work out.
