I'd say I spent 3 years to collect all parts,$$$.
I've been tried so hard to get my car refreshed with
everythings.for 4 years with 30,000USD on this car.
Finally,I've realized that when my car is healthy.it's
running really rock hard.I'm so happy when I fixed all the
issues on my car.My last mods on my car has done a fews
day ago.I had the Vacuum Brake booster on my car.
The pedal feeling is no more sponge,no more pulsating.
It's better than the hydraulic system if you get used to
with it.I'm sure only a fews of driving.you will forget the
old hydraulic system.
I also fixed the loss of boost issue finally.since I got
the Forge 007 on my car first from UK.first run,it seemed i can
sustainable on the higher level of boost.but whenever
it hit 1,7 bar and I floor down on the gas.my boost dialled
back to 0,8Bar again.
on the next day,my brother gimme
a call.and he said he had the 2 stiffer of Forge springs from the
A4 1.8T that were sold.he was going to give me because he's running
with the Hyperboost BPV.So he no longer needed it.I swapped the
blue one(23-30psis)and have a run.
I have a big smile on my cheeks.
So after 3 years of trying to refresh all the parts and pay a lot $$$ to
mods my car.I've realized all you guys who mods and done a lot of jobs.
It's definitely not easy tasks to do it.I salute all you guys who
good take care and mods on your cars.i fixed almost the major parts of the
car and never felt it has been runnning great like this before.
Anyway,I have tried to test the Vacuum booster if it will cause any problems
or any limitations on our car.I tried to run the car with 1,0Bar of boost and
pump the brake pedal at the sane time.So I got 5 times til it's rock hard.and when I left off the gas then the brake pedal got the vacuum assisted immediately.it' just
1/10 sec.So I think I no longer needed the vacuum reservoir anymore.The vacuum assisted from the big black pot is more than enough from my driving behavior.if
anyone needs the writeup please feel free to let me know.FYI.
