    S2 new issue :(

In the last few days, I'm getting a bit disapointed with my S2...

Got it serviced and homefried, and everything was starting to look good, but...

When I'm driving normally with a soft driving style everything is ok, but as soon as I floor it a little bit more violently as it goes by 3000rpm it stops going, no wooooooompf, no lights light up on the dash, no other problem but it stops to accelerate

    Any ideas!?
    -Fuel pump??
    -Injectors??
    -Boost leaks??
    -Turbo??

      I thought so...
Sent an email to Roosemotorsport for the Boost Kit, hope it solves the problem...

If it doesn't its back to the drawing board

I know you have this boost hose kit... Does it come ready to use, with all the clips, and everything?

no, hoses only. Maybe someone has the dimensions of all the boost clamps needed so you can purchase them and fit them at the same time as the hoses.

Just sent a Pm to Andy, thanks for the tip...

But I guess it wont do any arm to change the hoses

And I thought that for the price, the kit came ready to use

Try unplugging the maf a few times, that can cure it too. First thing to try, quick and free too!

Yeah, should've adressed the hoses before the HF...
Gotta search the clamps or if one or two got killed by the boost

I tried it, but it must be a hose...

For me the weakest link/hose is the one that sits between the throttle body and the pipe that runs along side the engine towards the intercooler..

But I've upgraded all the hoses as I've gone along.. but that one went first!

                        EDIT: by getting a boost hose kit from roosemotorsport you are a lot smarter about this than I was btw <; I've bought one hose at a time = fukkin expensive <;

And voila a miracle happens and the HFS2 lives again on all its glory

But the scare led me to buy the roose motorsport hose kit, it wont do any arm, but the tyres for the new 17'' will have to wait... The HR spring kit will get home next week, lets wait and see if it comes together alright

Thanks again you guys for your pointers

good idea to hook up your TPS though,BTDT.

noticed any sound of leaks under boost?i assumed

if the car won't going under boost it's sound like the

leak should be big enough to hear the sound.
