the car will be getting custom remap once run in currently running 1.4 bar will be running 1.9 or 2 bar car has electronic boost controller shall i disconect it when runnin in?
also have put bigger injectors in will it be a massive problem if car is overfuling?

Non synthetic oil to run in. Most peeps will run the engine until it gets to operating temps and then cool/drain the oil and refill. Drive it gently for the first few miles, then give it increasing bursts of load to bed in the rings. Some sites/users will advise thrash it immediately. I guess if somethings wrong, it's going to cost you when you find out, so why not find out sooner rather than later?!

AGreed with Steve there on oil especially. Personally I would start to load it up it after the 1st oil change - not thrashing it - but with a moderate level of boost (say 7-8 psi) set so you dont stress everything all at once. Getting the rings bedded in is most important - you only get one chance at that - so if you baby it too much then you might not seal them as sweetly as possible. When the rings are bedded nicely you should go to synthetic so as to protect your bearings and turbo from the torque onslaught of proper boost levels... Might be worth doing that in a couple of stages to build up some confidence.

If you have double checked all the bearing clearance, used plenty of build lube and torqued it all sweet without reusing any stretch bolts you should be absolutely fine.
