Any tips/instructions on pulling the T-belt roller from the block?

Doing the timing belt on the 3B this weekend. How do I remove the roller?

    You have seen these, right?:

and an AAN timing belt R&R DIY (Fred Munro, Sudbury, Ont., Canada):

I know there is an RS2 timing belt R&R on here somewhere. Here is a bit more info:

Whatever you do, do NOT use an impact wrench to remove or tighten the crankbolt. If you do, you are seriously risking breaking the crank timing belt pulley key (cast as part of the pulley).

Thanks for the links Dave. I've done the Timing belt job a few times (on various I5's) but haven't ever replaced the roller. Looks pretty straight forward.

The idler/roller pulley thingy on a 7A/3B is held onto the oil pump with a small bolt. Nothing strange about it...
