ECP or GSF. probly bout 6 quid each

there are 2 types. a standard unit and a lighter version. both fit fine, one lightens the valve train slightly.

Thanks mate, have you used these yourself? Weary of using after Market parts unless they have been tried and tested.

        they are just buckets.

are you sure the ones in are finished

try soaking them in oil .give the part inside the bucket a good squeeze. then soak again. maybe ****** inside.

i would not worry about them not being vag. same lifters for all 4v motors and i think 2v too. some focus also use the same. crespo do the cheapest solid lifter kit ive seen. its shim over not under though.
