I have a Garrett T3 flanged turbo I want to bolt to a Wagner T3 tubular manifold like the one below....

Click the image for more details.
I measure the holes on the Wagner EM's turbine flange as 10.8mm, and the holes in the Garrett's flange as 12.0mm. I would guess that means the Wagner EM needs tapping for an M12 stud. I know how some of these Wagner products are supplied unfinished so they are nice and cheap.
It's just that stock studs are M10, that's also what ATP supply to go with the turbo, and 12.0m doesn't sound like much clearance on a hot turbo. But then again how much expansion variation will there be on the turbine flange?
So far I've had the lot mocked up with M10 nuts and bolts, but it's not ideal as a permanent solution.
Can anyone shed any light on this? TIA
