    Hesitation!

Still not got my S2 running to full potential Its a strange one. Went out today and drives brilliantly off boost and about half throttle (not sure how much boost because still waiting to get my boost gauge). When you give it WOT it starts to take off and when it should hit max boost it holds back and stutters. Not violently just judders. Im still getting a squeeling noise that is still a mystery Any ideas? The plugs are less than 2k miles old, the coils are a few years old but not many miles on them, just had a new N75, dump valve is fine, cleaned the MAF and connectors, anything else

Knock Sensors, MAF you need to test a different MAF, if it's going then cleaning will only last so long.

Check for a boost leak in the hose that goes from the WGFV to the Waste Gate. The heat makes the hose hard and brittle, especially at the WG end. Easy to pop off the clamp and check the condition. Even better if you can pressure test the system.

I did look at that hose today and looked ok. I think it needs to be pressure tested perhaps there is a boost leak somewhere although i have roose hoses.

If it's juddering i would say it's a boost leak. Ive had a few of these before and when you make sure you hve no boost leaks they go like a rat up a drain pipe................

Just cant see where it can come from though. Im sure terrybullwon pressure tested it i will check. The PCV valve was changed. I have roose hoses all round that are all fitted tight. Mark H mod is done, just cant see where else it could be!

What dump/diverter valve do you use? With RS2 setup I would run a Forge or similar with an uprated spring.

If you do change anything do it one at a time as so you can illiminate bit by bit. Air can leak out of the smallest gap.
