Turbo'ed 2.3 NG ?

is that a 2.3 NG 10valve with a turbo strapped to it?

if it is, would be nice to gain a little extra displacement over the 2.1 and 2.2 turbo engines.

What would be needed to turbo the 2.3 NG engine?

Perhaps some Fins can give more info. Maybe it's a uri 10v engine with NG mani?
I don't know if a NG head will flow that well in higher RPM regions, but it's worth a try.
But you need to upgrade the pistons and conrods for sure.
