I've been having a look at some turbo's and compressor maps, just wanted to hear people's views on the following two maps. I'm trying to find if to go for the bigger or smaller turbo and what sort of lag i'll get and power (bit harder to find out)
Well as for power your looking at approx 1.45 cfm per hp so the larger one looks good for 413 for 600 cfm , the map shows will do more but at a lot less efficiency beyond 600cfm
the smaller one on a similar comparison at 450 cfm is only yielding about 310 hp
lag calculation is not really possible without other info on the turbo in question as is dependant on a few things, turbine wheel size and a/r and such.
