i would like to build a 450 to 500 hp engine so should just use block and top and camshafts
and must buy new rots, pistons, ect. anyway
I don't think I would be building a 450+BHP engine using standard 3B bearings either... even if they are same 7a and 3B
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...
'03 ZX12-R daily hack.... lots of nice bolt ons...
Cylinder block and head can be used with minor alterations. Cylinder bore is the only major obstacle, but custom/oversize pistons can overcome that.
Crank, sump, oil pump, oil squirters and all head contents are the same, apart from the cams and the exhaust valves' lack of sodium, as noted above.
I bought a 7A engine to plunder for many parts for my build. It can be a cheap way to get lots of good parts.
