I was cruising Ebay looking for the one that I need to overhaul my engine. There seem to be several different ones. My motor is from a 95 s6, so I need the AAN info. I figured that I could get one that covered the 7a, 3b, and AAN. I haven't been able to find that though.

I found this one which sounds good:
Audi 100, A6
1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998
Including S4, S6, quattro and Avant
Repair Manual on DVD-ROM

At 80 bucks I want to get the right one, is this the only one that covers the AAN?

You won't find a Bently manual that covers all of those three motors. The one you mention 'should' cover the AAN engine if as it says it details the S6 between those dates.

Thats the correct book for an AAN, for a 7A you need to buy the 80/90/Coupe manual.

I have the Audi 100 CD ROM and its a pain in the ***, the software is so old i have to run it on an ancient version of Windows, you can return them for an upgrade apparently but never bothered. The paper back versions are the ones you really want.

I didn't see paperback ones on Ebay, I will go look at Bentley directly.
