    Small Coolant Hose

Anyone knows what's that small hose connected to the "Bonjo Ball/Valve" located underneath the Water Collector of the Cylinder Head?

There is a replacement for it but I believe Audi sell the hose by the meter.

Ask S2Avant he will tell you the part number and be able to order it for you

Better off getting the Samco hose replacement from S2central if he's got any though

I think I do have some of those spare in Samco...

Factory numbers for two link hoses at the water rail

              Short/fat one into thermostat housing = 034 121 063 C
Longer / thin one that links to turbo = N 020 262 1 (sold by the meter)

The washers you meant is the seal to the banjo.
I kinda think the banjo is still in good state.
THe hose itself has a hole in between.

                  What would be my best bet;
                  1. replace all hoses with SAMCO, how much $$$ should I be looking at

                  2. or just the Short hose that connects to the Turbo (approx req. 73MM) thru the Banjo Union?

the car's is still 60+k KM. Would it be a big task to replace all hoses with SAMCO?

The worst hoses to replace are those two little links at the water rail... fair bit of disassembly required to get down there. The two heater matrix hoses are a bit tiresome to get at as well but not as bad. The rest are very easy. Reckon on ~4hrs or thereabouts.

Price of full water kit (all ten hoses) is GBP175 plus postage - there is a group buy open right now if interested.

I saw the Thread on the Group Buy.
Is it cheaper than getting it direct from Samco, if I may ask?

So by getting the Samco kit, majorily of the hoses will be replaced? about 99% of them (boost part and water part)?

You can't buy the kit from Samco directly only via the forum as the forum holds the tooling rights

Top left is to the turbo coolant, middle right is from the stat to the cooling system.

Replace both at the same time
