If you are really still in Texas and you REALLY need the complete AAN serpentine belt tensioner, then Genuine Audi Parts in San Diego has them. Go to the link below, paste
the PN ( 054903133A ) into the box, select Audi and hit search:

Find information, resources and relevant links for genuinevwaudiparts.com. This domain may be for sale.

If you just have squealing tensioner pulley bearing, that can be replaced, as linked in this AAN serpentine belt tensioner post:

Got quoted silly money for a new one for mine as the bearing was noisy. So basically split the pulley and fitted a standard replacement bearing for GB£6 instead of the £150+ prices quoted for the whole assembly.

What is the problem with Genuine Audi Parts? They show the part in their on-line catalogue (as shown in the jpg below), also ECS Tuning (but they are just a middle man on parts, Genuine Audi is actually at a dealership in San Diego)

Only recently (like last month) Audi ran out of stock in NAmerica.

If it is just the bearing, there is a DIY that uses an alternator bearing as the replacement. About $8.

The bearing part I can make. I am more concerned about the tensioner. I heard that AC Delco makes a replacement tensioning arm . I have the part # on order and should arrive on Tuesday. Will take some comparison photos once it does.

Be aware the people sometimes confuse the C4 V6 serpentine belt tensioner with the AAN tensioner. They are not the same.

I have the 2.2 Turbo unit coming in. Worst case scenario , Ill machine an adapter bracket to use an updated tensioner from either a MK4 1.8T or similar.
Need to check clearance between the fan and timing belt cover once I get to that step though. I am slowly finding out that replacement 034/054 parts are retarded money.

If you can figure out out to use a portion of a 1.8T serpentine belt tensioner on a 2.2L 20VT AAN, you will have a market. The last AAN serpentine belt tensioner in Audi's NAmerican system sold last week. Others will fail at the spring and need replacement.

This issue is one major PITA that's steering me toward a newer chassis S4 after mine was totalled last week.

                            Just to update this further.
There is an OEM parts supplier in Canada that is getting rid of alot of there AAN components (coils , air temp sensors , MAF etc). They had 26 of the 054903133A units on hand. I took 10 of them as a chance to see the quality.
From experience I am guessing these are the FEBI units . They do not have a country of origin stamped into the casting but they do have the part # and the bearing used for the idler is an american brand (AST)
                            http://www.astbearings.com/product.h...oduct=6203-2RS

If anyone wants one , they are $125 USD shipped in North America and $180 USD shipped to the United Kingdom. At that price compared to back ordered NLA OEM Audi unit of $483+ USD , I am going to take a chance with these and those who got them from me are of the same opinion. Used these things go for $75-80 so at that price , I would say it is worth it.
