    FP HTAGT3076r

Does anyone have any experience on FP HTA3076r on Audi 5 cyl engines? I have a spare garrett gt3076r CHRA and KKK 0.63 A/R turbine housing. Forced Performance upgdades it for $600 including billet wheel and housing. Is it worth the price? I'm not looking for more than 450 - 480 hp and as fast spool up as possible.

That upgrade will take you beyond that bhp limit, it's a great upgrade I was going to do it myself on my 3076r turbo dynamics are the u.k dealers for the upgrade but FP service is rubbish turbo dynamics couldn't get the parts off them!

If you google it you'll find quite a few success stories with them on jap and audi cars. Audizine IIRC have a few guys running them.

Danger though, what manifold are you using? If it's a wagner or RS2 then the FP won't fit.

The compressor housing changes to a 0.70 a/r the same size as a GT35r so you would need a spacer to fit it with a stock placement manifold and then mod to the downpipe.

I will be using RS2 manifold, if it has no cracks. Otherwise wagner. I would also like to use original airbox but if that's not possible then something else. I will have to google a bit, but the price is very tempting already.

It won't fit then without a flange spacer inbetween the turbo and the manifold.

The stock airbox won't fit, I managed to get it down a 1mm squeeze with an RS2 airbox with a 3076r with the bigger compressor housing you'll have to fit a cone filter most likely.

In the end I have removed the airbox for a cone
