With 600hp and a 1/4 tank its not safe, as soon as you hit the gas and the fuel goes to the back of the tank the pump is dry. On a dyno your fine.

Build with in hand... But if your going for max make sure your pump does not run dry

on an UrS4/UrS6 with stock lines and 044 pump, 4 bar static pressure, the answer is 500whp. (so about 600 at the crank or so), BTDT.

Larger lines can get you another 100hp. All of these numbers are assuming pump gas, not E85. The numbers go down significantly due to the additional fuel demands in that case.

one with 5 bar and another with 10bar??

Most people I know that are running 800+ at the flywheel are running -8AN lines and fuel rails with twin 044 pumps on street fuel. Otherwise pretty much as A4KQuattro says on stock setup
