I think I'm right at the borderline for the output of a single 044 on ethanol with a little over 400whp, so around 500 at the crank.
On E75 winter fuel (75% ethanol), the AFR stays where I want it with base fuel pressure set at approx 3.6 bar.
Max boost pressure is 2.1 bar.
On E85 however, I can not get the AFR down to target no matter how high I crank the fuel pressure.
E85 requires 30-40% more fuel for the same lambda, compared to petrol, so the limit is quite high.
Fuel lines are stock size, however, the pump is fed with 14.5v, (15.3v at alternator and pump is fed via relay and fat gauge wire) so that raises the output of the pump.

He is correct although they are the same pump techically.

Bosch test the output of the pumps and ones that can support 10 bar are marked as motorsport else they are marked the normal 5 bar pump

650bhp fw is the safe limit of a 10 bar pump on stock lines - that is with the one way valve removed.

The 10 bar rally spec pumps are the pick of the bunch and will flow the same rate at 10bar as a 044 will at 5 bar. You also get one rated at 8 bar.

Screwed directly on the pump outlet.
Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated

this seems to be the 10bar pump , 267€

                    http://cgi.ebay.de/Bosch-Motorsport-...item3ef2aff013

and this one the 5 bar pump.. ? = 189€ , cheaper than the other one from ultimot.de

                    http://cgi.ebay.de/RS-Cosworth-Bosch...item23061a69a6

and finally this one too....from UK ebay...far cheaper than the 10bar pump from ultimot...

i think that it is the same pump but selled for Ford cosworth owners

you guys...what do you think about them? i would bet for all the 3 pumps are 100% the same

                      OT:
These could also be an alternative:
http://aeromotiveinc.com/products-page/fuel-pumps/ And there last row/next page. Most (HIGH volume) high pressure pumps need a low pressure delivery pump that there always is plenty of pre-delivery for the high pressure pump(s). Check also the fuel temp in case of problems. Heated fuel is bad for power "economy".

I've had extremely bad luck with the Aeromotive pumps on Ethanol. Ok for gasoline, but STAY AWAY if you ever intend on running E85.
