Hi Peeps,
I'm searching for a photo of the cam sprockets with the markings on them. For both the intake and exhaust cam. Any help is highly appriciated!
Thanks,

sadly this is not sufficient. I need to see the position of teh woodruf key in relation to the markings. In Toms image the woodruf key is not visible....
Thanks anyway Jamo

If there is no woodruff key cut out then there is no way you are ever going to get it 100%. You'd be better of fitting a vernier and dialing it on the degree wheel.
The woodruff key is only there for location to ensure correct timing. The actual pulley itself stays where it is from the interference fit.
Exactly. I' will be degreeing it. But not now, i want to close the head with solid lifters and the adjustable sprockets.
In order to put the cams in the correct way without the markings, i saved the old sprockets that came of it to determine the correct position. However, it's crucial to have the old/original wheel the correct way. If you flip it, it will be 8 teeth off. So i need to see on a photo where the marking is in relation to the woodruff key.... Hopefully I've explained it clearly!?

basically you need to line the lobes of no 1 so they sit like the 2 lobes with the dots together. the will be not vertical but almost with the lobes pointing in a little.
find TDC on piston 1 with a screwdriver and fit a lift gauge to the head to deturmine where the cam.
its back to basics for me on this one with deg wheels, lift gauges and lots of patience.
You'll have a job as you can't see the woodruff key with the sprocket on showing the timing marks as they are on opposite sides
When the cam is out of the head, you can see the woodruff key very clearly.
The exhaust cam is not the problem. It's the intake cam wich has 2 ways to put on.
