Hi all
I'm after some help and would be grateful for pointing in the right direction
I own a nice titan UrS4 avant- had her for nearly 12 months now and working through some issues.
Last year I bought a set of MTM chips off a guy in the Netherlands. The first set never turned up through the post, I complained and then a second set arrived. I was told they were MTM chips, programmed for 285bhp.
When I pulled the ECU out form the passenger footwell there was an MTM sticker on the ECU, the carriers were allready inside suggesting that the car had been chipped in a previous life...sorry I digress...
Anyway to cut a long and boaring story short, the chips wouldn't work in the ECU and we came to the conclusion they had no data on them - so I sent them back. Since this I've not heard much from the seller other than "my dog has eaten your chips"....and "does your car have 5 coil ignition and no hallsendor at the back of the cam".....
I don't think I will ever see these chips returned
I'm already around 180squid worse off, so I'm now looking for a new set of chips for my AAN via a trusted source.
I would be grateful if anyone could recommend an alternative to flying over to Netherlands and shoving said chips up his back side :corey:
Cheers
