Need to see what the timing mark(small square metal thingie) looks like and the measurement of it and its exact position on the flywheel

On the RS2 it's a pin.

I have just been studying my flywheel and they dont have any pin, but 2 square looking metall pieces welded onto the flywheel.

Agree, mine is the same. No pin just two retangular metal pieces welded onto the surface.

@ V6Quattro: Do you have this lying around now? if you do, would there be any chance that you could meassure the size of that piece of metal on pic IMG_6504.jpg ? i'm very interested in finding out how far from the top of the teeth it sits, how wide and high it is and so on
