So when you see 1.4 boost pressure, what fuel pressure are you seeing ?

If its anything less than 5.4bar then the FPR must be toast.

If it is hitting 5.4bar and you are still lean - then it must either be bad fuel pump (maybe not enough volts across it) and/or blocked fuel filter... or maybe all your injectors are gunjed up

At 1.4 bar boost, the gauge is showing just over 5 bar fuel pressure. I have driven the car with the fuel rail and injectors from the other car which runs perfect and it makes no difference!!

The pump is getting 14 volts as it should be, i'm still going to put a pump in i think (can't be a bad idea at 160,000 miles!) and a fuel filter and see what happenes!

160k miles on an original pump is running on borrowed time IMO. I had a complete failure of mine at 120k miles, car ran fine before it died, or so i thought until i changed it.

Change the filter too, mine still had the original and was filthy inside, lots of black stuff inside which was probably the remains of the brushes from the pump.

Yes dude, i totally agree which its getting a pump ordered on monday and staying it if it cures the fault or not!! Especially not it has more work to do with a 290hp ecu.

And yeh, with what i've spent on it so far, the filter is a no brainer!

          Thanks for the link too
