    ecu repairs needed near/in staffs

Found why the quattro wont start-
    ecu is shagged!
some clever person (no, not me) wired ecu direct to power without relays and its cooked it.
I d like to save it if poss as its been chipped (Allegedly)
if it could be mended then i know its a known quantity rather than buying one not suitable
asap please, need to drive it before the MOT is up as I ve got to decide if i m keeping it or moving on to something more family friendly (or maybe not)

ECUs are pretty bulletproof so I'd want to check the wiring first.......

Paul Nugent, S2central.net is the expert on here.

I can repair them if its certain types of failures. I do this on a no fix no fee basis - cos some of the faults are beyond me... Remember there are no ECU schematics to work from.

Is it 3B or ABY out of interest ?

Send me a PM if you want me to try and find a fault.
