Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...
'03 ZX12-R daily hack.... lots of nice bolt ons...
Inlet will be fine for that, exhaust manifold will be needed, rs2 if your turbo will fit it.
What turbo and whats the spec of your car i.e. aby/3b etc
Its a ABY with only a 3 inch exhaust system from the turbo.
Turbo is original part, its just been sent away for a 360 bearing and upgrade, with new cool and hot sides, will this KKK turbo fit the RS2 EM?
Exhaust (your 3" turbo-back will be fine)
Turbo
Intercooler (RS2 or bigger)
Injectors (RS2 will do 400 but go a bit bigger)
Exhaust Manifold is a must (RS2, wagner, 034 etc)
Remap + 3bar map sensor (assuming >1.5bar psig for that power)
Would also strongly suggest:
Upgraded brakes (996 fronts)
Samco boost hoses or equivalent
RS2 airbox or mod larger inlet
Your exhaust will be fine, you'd be good to get some RS2 spec injectors,440's. Cams will be ok for now but it depends how much you want to spend? Other than that as everyone has said brakes should be top of your list really. Good luck with the project.

*Turbo* is having a rebuild, ive mentioned 400bhp to chris from universal turbo's (anyone used them before?) and he says that its possibe, but will have to change the cool side, hot side and compressor wheels.
*Injectors* im looking for Bosch 440's but dont really now where to be looking for them, anyone got a link to a cheap site?
*EM* This will also get changed for a Wagner tubular manifold as long as the Turbo will fit and if the original down pipe will also fit.
*Re-map* Did a quick Phone call the other day and £3000 for a remappable ECU is way out of my league t the minute and overkill for 400bhp? Ive been looking into the Homefries option. is the 3bar map sensor part of the ECU?
Everything else has been taken on board especially the brakes, Would uprated discs and pads do the job or retro fitting Porsche etc... whats the best option?
And i have modified the airbox and a better flowing filter.
Dont bother with stand alone ecu's spend your money else where, the programmer of your new map will have to install a new map sensor but thats no big deal. as for the brakes 4 pots are the way to go, dont even atempt ot upgrade the disc and pad you will waste your money as they will die pretty damn quick. as for injectors 034 sell a rs2 spec but i thjink they might be a little small, depends if your going for 'close to' 400 or over 400, i suspect with a k24 hybrid it will be a 'close to'.......
Nip is using the same turbo as me , k26/27 hybrid , he did 396hp and around 640nm of torque with 95 Ron fuel , the software it´s from Richard (Hoffer76)
check it , maybe you are looking for something similar
