S6 Still poorly - S2/S6 brains needed please!!

You probably have done this but you have checked the timing fuses (engine timing I , engine timing II)

You have not got a knackered idle stabelisation valve have you by any chance try swapping that of your other....

I read about your problem from beginning... but you didn't sad how much boost you get?

whats happens with engine when they run? are they peacefully or have sometimes any strange vibration ? cold or warm same problem?

if you have boost problem - there MUST BE SOME LEAK.

on my 200 20v (AAN ECU) i have few times boost problem and each time different thing.

N75 valve
intercooler have a little whole
boost pipe
gasket betwen intake manifold and throttle was too old
BLOW OFF broken

which spark are you using ? before I have bosch and have problem with acceleration, now have denso iridium and NO problem.
if car run good but not too good like it have to be...check fuel pump.... I have same problem... the pressure of fuel was good but the dose of fuel was not enough . (complicated to explain) I need NEW pump.

check injectors - did they have good spray ...? have injectors good impedance (have to be 14 ohm)

give us some video with your problem... maybe than will be easier to find the problem.

But yes the car has good boost level, its mapped now to give 1.4 bar, with new DV, Samco hoses S4 metal intercooler, new fuel pump, swapped injector rail inc pressure regulator vave and N75 valve - i'm convinced that the problem is in base fueling, so am swapping Crank sensor blocks tonight!

Yodaboys problems sounds remarkably similar to yours his end conclusion was crank sensors from memory.
Seems it can be any number of things btw where did you get Samco AAN hoses from?

Well the MAF disconnected issue was a red herring, on the stock ecu it is ok with it disconnected but the car is still crap, so back to square 1

And the modified ecu works very well in the other S6 too!!

I got the hoses from Amber Performance as they listed them on the bay!!

Much as i'd like to fix this, i may just leave it to AVPerformance as i have not got the time nor the Vagcom needed!
