Help! 90Q ABY S2 conversion - No power

Hi there,
Nearly finished the ABY conversion into my 90Q bar centre exhaust section and brake vacum plumbing.

Fired her up and got her up to temp and took her out.

I have no power/ boost when driving?! Any ideas? Boost leak perhaps? Runs and ticks over lovely.

Now I havent got a centre section in but that shouldnt make that much difference should it? I do need one if anyone has one? 3B one, single pipe.

siezed turbo? wastegate stuck open?
have you got the ecu vac pipe on?

could be a vac. hose or so, I got one loose on the S2 once and it drove like a non turbo 20V then.
