    Exactly what kwlw said...
The immo logic is really only in the ECU of the car. The ECU decides whether to inject and ignite fuel or not.

Bad chips, bad software, you bent a pin when inserting, or inserted them the wrong way. Make sure the keys match on the sockets and chips and that you inserted the 87C257 and 27C512 in the correct sockets and have not swapped them around.

Installed them as on the picture from Ultimot and have bent no pin by installing.

Are both keys aligned on the chips and on the sockets? You keep repeating yourself about "exactly like in the picture", but it is not possible to see the keys in the picture.

If you insert the chips the wrong way even once, it is possible to fry them if you are unlucky.
Anyway, if you insert both chips correctly, and your car starts with the old chips inserted exactly the same way, then the chips themselves are faulty or the software in them.

The keys are small notches that are on the socket and the chip. They must be aligned.
Here is a pic of a socket with a red circle, to show you what I mean:

            And of a chip:

Those two must be facing the same side, or you can burn the chip...

oops... didnt checked that and if i check the pics above i think i had them up side down in the ECU....
I went on the photo,s from Ultimot but if they had put the stickers up side down i als installed the chips upside down.

Can i install the chips again in the ECU on the right way or does the chips got damaged from the last time that the car didn,t start?

                  Try it.
It depends how lucky you are... maybe they got damaged, maybe not.

If you put them the right way and car does not start, then they got damaged, if car starts, then they did not get damaged.

Make some new video recordings then. It should be faster with the other ECU chips right?
