What Chip for me?

Hi ECU experts Having read the home fries thread I have a question regarding suitability of a home fried chip for my ABY S2. Now obviously being in Oz, I'll need to do stuff through the mail. I currently have a Star Performance chipset from Scotland fitted which I think was written by the AMD guys(so I have the modded chip housing so I don't need to solder ) It produces around 19lb of boost (sorry not sure what that is in bar ) I have a 3" turbo back exhaust, a larger custom FMIC and all else is stock. It is making 162.3kw atw at the moment (~220hp atw) and I'm not sure about torque, but I think around 420+Nm. The block is very strong with only 6% through each cylinder on the leak-down test Anyway, how do I gain more without rebuilding motor etc I've considered the RS2 turbo and manifold upgrade from Martyn at VAG Parts, but can't really justify that at the moment Any help would be most welcome
BTW I smoked an E36 M3 Evo yesterday, - very satisfying

Hi Karl, i will be emmigrating in about 8 months to Oz. Were going to Adelaide, what are insurance companies like out there for modifications, are they bothered as much as in Britain with emmisions (for removing cats). As full new St/St one from Turbo back might be a good upgrade to do before i go.

It'll be great to see u in Oz Don't remove your kat!!!!!!! U will not get through rego (MOT) as they know that model had a kat as standard www.shannons.com.au will provide the best insurance quote. Just make sure you bring a UK Full NCB (60% or more) letter with you from your current insurer. I pay less than GBP400 fully comp with free windsceen every year Mods once declared with Shannons are fine. They will merely increase the agreed value of your car and pro-rata rate up. It would also be wise to join club audi as that will give you a discount with Shannons. We have a website down-under which is www.ozaudi.com and provides similar help to s2forum, but across the Audi range. Through this site you can join Club Audi Australia for around 50 quid.
I would recommend strongly that you stock up with 'consumables' from VAGPARTS before you depart and fill your car full of tie rods / bushes / belts etc. This will save you heaps over the next few years. Look forward to catching up. Let us know if I can do anything to smooth the way for u.
