90Q ABY Conversion - NO BOOST!

Help!

Nearly completed the 90Q ABY conversion and she's almost ready to be driven like its stolen, however there doesnt seem to be any boost? Has a chipped spink ECU.

I dont get any WG chatter or blow off sounds (should I?) but can hear the turbo wind up. And when I floor it, slightly hesitant on the pickup.

I kindly want to ask if someone has VagCom they can lend me for the weekend? Will pay rent or hire charge if ness.

You need to check for boost leaks in this entire pathway, from the turbo outlet to the throttle body, including the by-pass valve, idle stabiliztion valve and intercooler end tanks (or your equivalent);

You also need to check that you have the boost line to the computer Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor properly plumbed and there are no leaks, this includes the moisture trap (if you used it):

In addition, you need to confirm that the N75 waste gate frequency valve is properly plumbed up and is connected to the ECU properly and is working as intended:

That should keep you busy for a day or so.

that would be up and down the road. pete, you did say about the ic pipe. going to have a good look at pipework.
