    Fitting aftermarket BOV

    Hey guys,

Got my hands on an adjustable Greddy BOV, as i do like the sound. I've read about the possible running issues - unmetered air etc - but id like to give it a try.

Just wondering how to go about fitting it. Ive fit BOVs in the past, but not to engines with external wastegates and a diverter valve.

Could someone guide me through the fitting of the valve, plumbing etc. A few pics would be great.

    Engine is '93 ABY.

    Regards

    Tom

Remove the stock diverter valve, fit the dump valve to the turbo to inter cooler hose, connect the vac line from the intake manifold to your dump valve, blank off where the diverter valve went into the maf to turbo hose.

You will then get whoosh, as you mentioned ecu is designed to work with a recirculating system after air has been metered.

Diverter valve replacement guide, though I don't normally bother removing the headlamp it gives you pictures of what you are dealing with.
