Power/torque levels from a 10v WR bottom end

Just a quick question, what sort of power is a standard WR bottom end good for... Stock pistons, crank etc etc, with stand alone ECU/Head work Turbo mods etc?

Any ideas what they can reasonably take before running into problems?

pretty sure the standard bottom end is only limited by the head, pretty sure they've seen 400bhp over on motorgeek
