Why do you want titanium rods ? You don't need them unless you want to rev to 10000+ rpm
I doubt that there would be any off the shelf , but this wouldn't matter anyway as if you have the money to buy them then I'm sure arrow precision , carrillo , pauter , pankl will turn your stack of cash into titanium conrods for you.

Pauter connecting rods are renowned for being material efficient and structurally sound.

I was looking to rev to about 9.5 -10k, just got a quote from Pauter... $4400... bit more than i was hoping for so the search continues for a slightly cheaper option...

Get in touch with Carrillo , they will do you rods good for 10000rpm for about $2500 and with the currant exchange rate that's not going to be a bad price , about £1600

What is this 10k rpm I5T beast you are building ??????

Been looking into titanium rods for a stroker project, I have a manufacturer that will make them for a semi affordable price unfortunately minimum order quantities are 15 of them. This does bring them into a slightly more affordable bracket of £2k for a set of 5 on 159mm long rods. Shorten them to 144mm and the price drops to around £1800 per set of 5 based on 15. Lead times are around 90 days.

The only real advantage of titanium rods is that it is quicker to achieve higher rpm without the sacrifice of mid range torque like you get from knife edging cranks and lightening flywheels. Strength wise no better or worse than chrome moly rods. For reliability at high rpm you want to reduce the dwell angle which you achieve by increasing the rod ratio. This is why formula 1 engines have real short stroke cranks with incredibly long rods. Obviously the longer the rod becomes the heavier it is and hence the advantage of titanium at his point.

However putting that aside if you go for a normal set of Pauters and put a decent rod ratio on them then they will see 10k as a redline all day long. Just make sure you specify correctly to the piston manufacturer and pauter.
For example buy a stock dia JE 1.8t piston of the shelf and a stock 144mm 1.8t pauter rod. Weigh them. Then get a custom rifle drilled 164mm rod and custom piston 1.5mm greater bore diameter spec'd for 10k redline and the weight difference comes to 5 gramms. Subsequently it purrs like a kitten at 8,500-10,00rpm and is just as responsive on the throttle as a stock 1.8t designed for 7k redline.
