    Fuel drain

Anyone know how to drain the fuel tank quick and easy, as my car has sat for over 18mths (shocking i know) but having finally made a crank lock tool, changed the cam belt and all other stuff in there i would like to drain the fuel and start a fresh.
Any help would be appriciated thanks.

Oh forgot to add its an ABY avant.

I would take one of the fuel lines off the fuel rail, put it in a suitable fuel container.

Then remove the fuel pump relay and place a link between the normally open contacts. You would ideally use a short wire with two male spades crimped on, but i usually shove a bit of bare wire in.
