turbo freash air intake pipe question

i am limited with space,my goal is to take the air filter behind the engine, will use round filter with some isolation to keep hot air from it. but like i said space is limited, specially pipe has to make 180 degree turn just in front of turbo, where headlights are.
turbo fresh air in diameter 10cm
    maf 10 cm
    filter 10 cm diameters

but i cant carry the air with 10 cm diameter pipe at all sides ,it has to be like 8cm on some parts
    can i something like this?
or pipe has to be 10cm ?

why don't you put your filter inside the wings.
Just have to turner the cold side of your turbo so that a tube can go straight to the wing.
