On every single car, where the owner has come to me with the problem of the engine stalling at junctions/when letting off the gas was because of large vacuum/boost leaks.

Putting the MAF on pressure side, just means, you are putting it after the leak. You are not fixing the leak, which means that somewhere air exits/enters the system, that does not go through the air filter.
Do you not see how this is bad?

It's your car, and I am not anyone to tell you what to do with it, but I just state, that I disagree with the way you "solved" it.

      Ok, small update.
The maf on the pressure side --> maf plastic cap explodes from pressure.

So I put the maf back in it's original place, but the engine runs perfect, without idle problems.
So I was thinking what I changed other than the maf. It was the fuel pressure, I lowered it a bit.
I have a cheap ebay FPR, maybe this was the problem all along?

Mine will also stall easier at high fuel pressure. How much base pressure do you run?

          the meter says 4bar.
          I'm running a chipset for RS2 spec on a 3B

            Duh...

If you need ~4 Bar fuel pressure, just use 7A FPR, which is 4.2 Bar (wrote AAN initially, but then read you were on 3B).
I have very bad experience with all the adjustable FPR's I have seen, they screw up pressure randomly...

Hmm, but the FPR was set on 4.2bar en then the engine stalled, I lowered it to 4 bar en it runs nice.
Only thing is, like you sayd, the pressure does not stay steady.
When the engine is hot or at a later time, the pressure is lower or higher then I had set it.
              Maybe I'll look for a 7A FPR.
              Thanks

Yeah, I think it is not that it is bad at 4.2 bar, but that the pressure is unsteady.
7A FPR is plug and play instead of 3B.

Also I found a strange boostleak, since we put the pressure in front of the turbo.

Don't know if this is normal, but at 2 bar the compressor housing begins to leak air.
Can I just put some silicon in between?

It is NOT a good idea to pressure test with much more than 1 Bar. By 2 Bar you are asking to blow the turbo seals, which you might have done.

So a k27 housing is not able to withstand 2bar? Doesn't sound logical.
