We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
That's taken off my own upgrade list though, so I might have accidentally included a couple of things that shouldn't be there - and I've probably missed something, too.
I'll let someone come and correct me

The cam wheel is 10deg retarded over the stock S2 item
Water pump has a smaller pulley
Cambelt is slightly different as a result
hubs, brakes, handbrake, wheels
dampers
springs are stock ABY AC springs
ARBs
Later gearbox with wide first and flexible shaft.
Interior
Speedometer

There will be a definitive list somewhere for sure.

1994 ABY Coupe - Projekt Alpinweiss
Also, Later ABYs had the same shells, but i think as a result of the ADU development, therefore ETKA not lists them all as the same shells (the uprated RS2 developed ones)
Later ABYs also share the gearbox of the ADU, with a longer and stronger 1st gear, again as a result of RS2 development, makes sense for Audi to just make one box, as there is no cost advantage in having a lesser box in the ABY...
IM is the same as ABY but with a badge on it.
There are probably a shedload of smaller differences, but basically the drivetrain ones are covered already.
ABY (most but not all) have the same head gasket as the ADU. (Metal)
Depends on the age of ABY but internally they should be the same except cams, cam wheel, water pump. Earlier ABYs may have softer shells/paper head gasket.
Exhaust manifold is different, and turbo which gives the extra power, intercooler is larger. However the head is not at its limit, I will be, and Bram was running 500+ HP with standard head (ADU EX cam and adjusted timing). Obviously H beam rods fitted for safety.
