This is the gasket you will want to use:

It is the same gasket we have used on a number of 500hp+ applications
with the highest reliability. I can also offer them with a internal
spacer to lower the compression slightly, or if you are building a high
temp race motor, I have a copper composite gasket to address this sort
of build.

It is the oem stock gasket...!!!

Have a look at my new question to 034:
my target is 500hp with 82,5mm bore and 92,8mm stroke, Gt3076 or 3082.

I want to be sure that is not the oem with 82mm bore..!!!

The actual gasket itself is 82.25mm, but as I said, we have used this on many applications with an 82.5mm piston. There is no issue using this gasket.



This is difficult, what gasket should i use ?
PKM 83mm or OEM 82mm...???

So they knowingly use a head gasket with a smaller bore than the engine

The ammount we are talking about is very small, any contact would probably only put a small dent in the crown of the piston and you would probably get away with it.

I would not want to build an engine and hope it probably works

I Will be using the standard gasket but will chamfer the piston crown by the ammount the HG overlaps about .25mm .010" thou. I will be taking the pistons out this winter.

I used to use elring HG's but now use payen because they are identical and cost £36 from my local motor factors.

You could also o-ring the block and use the fibre 7a gaket like RWD19T says or you could o-ring the block and use this 034 one.
