what injectors? This turbo is small for 2.2t - specially 83mm pistons, you're over 2.3 more like 2.4 liters + ported head and bigger cams = GT3076R .82 A/R at least

You would want a minimum of .63 backhousing the .5 is way way way too small. No point reving over 7500rpm which you'll comfortably do on a set of stock or 7A cams and hydraulic lifters unless you are choosing to go dry sump. As the stock oil pump will cause cavitation in the higher rpm band which leads to big end bearing failure at higher rpm as the oil is no longer supporting the bearing.
Depending who has done the headwork and what has been done will then dictate as to whether you have same power figures as a stock head more or less.
If all done correctly I'd hazard a guess at around 440-450 with a .63 backhousing with power dying of over 7K rpm on normal super unleaded. Put a .82 on it and you may get a little extra at the sacrifice of midrange which your chosen cam profile will already do to a certain degree.

Thanks for the information. I think the setup is ready for an bigger turbo. For now I have chosen for this smaller one as the first step, that gives me time to develop the car, so the car itself is als ready for the higher power. Heatcontrol and the handling of the car are some important factors.

What kind of turbo should be a good choice for the next step?

You don't understand what everyone is telling you.
It's not the turbo, the turbo is very good.

It's the hotside of the turbo, that is mismatched to the cold side.
Take the .50 hotside off the turbo and get a .63 instead.

Yes, I do understand that part, very clear. If i read your comments that would gain about 50hp. When i do a next step i would like to gain more then about 50hp, that's way i said a bigger turbo.

I think I made a mistake, the cold side is .50 and the hot side .62. Could this make sense?

I think your hotside is 0.63 AR, like my old GT3071R. I would say 450HP max on normal Ron98 fuel

Dit weekend weer het nodige werk verricht aan de S2.

We made some adjustment to the 034 shortshifter. I had two problems with it:
                    - because of the 6 gears, the first en second gear where hard to find, that problem is solved now;
                    - Because of the short shifter, changing gears was quit heavy, that's now much easier.

We improved the inlet traject, by making the tubes wider en flowing the linkages between the tubes.

                    Intercooler before flowing:

                    Intercooler after flowing:

And did some polish work on the intercooler:

The airfilter will get another place, direct on the turbo after the headlights (the headlights will be removed). The airfilter will be place in a sort of 'bin', so al air have to go into the air filter. It seems the turbo will spool up faster en give some more pressure.

                    New place of the airfilter:

To give an idee how it will become:

                    An oversight picture
